Lynne Maynor is the Director of Leadership and Development at the Gaylord University. Her role includes the design and development of a Leadership College for all leaders within Gaylord Entertainment and the roster of electives to serve the general employee population.
She has been responsible for implementing and sustaining the Quality Assurance process at the Hospitality and Attractions division and designing the Leadership Training for that process. She implemented the Participative Management training program throughout the Food and Beverage division and led employee groups who were ultimately responsible for writing training materials and vision and mission statements for all departments within Opryland Hospitality.
Lynne has held the office of president of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Association for Quality & Participation, and chairperson of American Hotel & Motel Association’s Committee for Quality. She was also chair of the National Quality Assurance Conference in 1994.
Lynne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. She is a certified facilitator for the Change Cycle, Development Dimensions International and Franklin Covey Company.
Lynne is on the Quality Board of the United Way of Middle Tennessee and is a Girl Scout Leader. She also represents Gaylord Entertainment in Junior Achievement.
